Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or product launches.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • We ship using standard shipping methods within the United States.

  • Delivery time estimates provided at checkout begin after order processing and are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order leaves our facility.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

  • Delays caused by the carrier do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and contents.

  • Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

  • Shipping fees will not be refunded for delayed delivery or refused packages.


Shipping Location

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
