Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for safety and quality reasons, all sales are final on opened or used products.

Returns

  • We accept returns only for unopened, unused, and sealed products.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion after eligibility is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products with broken or missing safety seals

  • Subscription orders that have already shipped

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear after processing.


Subscription Policy

  • Subscriptions may be modified or canceled at any time before the next scheduled order ships.

  • Customers are responsible for managing subscription settings prior to each renewal.

  • Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and resolve the matter promptly.
